Hyde Clean Team stands behind every service we provide. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to delivering results that meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning results, we will work with you to make it right.

Satisfaction Process

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will:

  • Listen to your concerns and assess the situation
  • Schedule a return visit to address specific issues at no additional charge
  • Apply additional treatments or cleaning methods as needed
  • Work with you until you are satisfied with the results

Refund Conditions

While our first priority is to re-clean any areas that don't meet our standards, partial or full refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Service was not performed according to agreed specifications
  • Cleaning results are significantly below reasonable expectations
  • Re-cleaning attempts do not resolve the satisfaction issues
  • Service appointment was missed or significantly delayed without notification

Service Limitations

Please understand that some conditions are beyond our control and may affect cleaning results:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear patterns, or permanent staining
  • Color bleeding or texture changes in delicate fabrics
  • Stains that have been previously treated with inappropriate products
  • Age-related deterioration or manufacturing defects
  • Odors that require specialized treatment or multiple sessions

How to Request Service Resolution

To request a service review or discuss satisfaction concerns:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
  2. Describe specific concerns and areas that need attention
  3. Schedule a return visit if re-cleaning is needed
  4. Document any issues with photos if helpful

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, processing typically takes:

  • Cash payments: Immediate refund upon resolution
  • Check payments: 3-5 business days for new check to be issued
  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
